NY STATE SURCHARGE RATE INCREASE
|
In accordance with New York State Law governing the operation of the Black Car Fund,
the Surcharge Rate will increase from the current 2.0% to 2.5% (as outlined in the Executive
Law, Article 6-F) for all services performed on and after March 1, 2013.

GREEN INITIATIVES

FCS is only using recycled paper for all invoices and reports that are sent via US Mail as well as all in-house needs.
- For the environmentally conscious, FCS features several Hybrid Sedans and SUVs.
Tolls are extra. All hybrid rides are exempt from the fuel surcharge.

Multi-Passenger Vans & Buses Available

For medium groups, 14-passenger vans are available and for larger group travel needs, buses are available
