Who can see your account information?
Only authorized programming personnel at FCS are permitted to see your password. Your sales executive is not permitted to see your password. Nor are any other personnel. Only authorized sales, customer service, billing and accounting personnel are permitted access to your account information. Employees who violate our privacy pledge will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.

How do you create a user profile?
If you've already conducted business with FCS in the past and would like to start using our online reservation facilities, you'll need to create a User Profile. Creating a user profile requires you to provide us with a user name and password. User names and passwords must consist of at least one non-white-space character and be at least six (6) characters in length. Spaces are not allowed in passwords. Leading and trailing spaces, and adjacent spaces, are not allowed.

How do you correct inaccurate
You can update your basic user profile information at any time. To correct any other corporate account information, please contact the executive who is in charge of corporate transportation in your organization. We will attempt to keep your corporate account information complete, up to date, and accurate. We will inform our customers how and where to conveniently access their account information (except when we are prohibited to do so by law) and how to notify us about errors, which will be promptly corrected.
